Rhythm & Moves Studios offer a wide variety of
Pilates and Yoga classes so that you
can customize your workout to your lifestyle. We have several styles
of Yoga, the finest Pilates machines and Pilates mat equipment,
various dance programs, and special dance workshops, all structured
around our large and convenient selection of class times.
Our class schedule system allows you to pre-register as well as pay
for any class; however, it is not necessary to reserve a space in
our classes, at this time. Feel free to just show up in comfortable
clothes and enjoy a wonderful experience of movement in our relaxing
and spacious studios. Rhythm & Moves Studios features ALL classes
instructed by the finest, fully certified, and highly experienced
instructors.

NIA
A fitness program that attracts a diversity of
fitness enthusiasts in search of lower impact cardio exercise,
movement expression and body awareness. Nia is a non-impact
cardio workout that combines dance, martial arts and yoga.
Benefits include endurance, increased vitality, toned muscles
and improved agility and flexibility as you enjoy a fun workout
to music. Before the term cross-training was invented this
20-year old program has been teaching people how to use movement
and energy variety to get fit and avoid injuries. |
