Rhythm & Moves is a beautiful Southlake facility providing integrated fitness through yoga, Pilates, dance and Nia.  We offer group fitness classes, group Pilates equipment training and private instruction.

Rhythm & Moves has professionally trained and certified instructors that are dedicated to your fitness and healthy living.  Experience personal growth as you combine movement forms that take your body, mind, and soul into consideration.

Most of us lead stressful, fast-paced lifestyles.  Rhythm and Moves offers a warm, friendly atmosphere for working out, making friends and plain, old-fashioned fun!
