Lynn Fabia
has over twenty five years of experience in the Japanese
martial art of Aikido and has established herself as the
female Aikido instructor in the southwest. She is the
founder of the Society of Aikido Centers and has been
recognized by the Texas Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
Through Aikido you
can connect body, mind and spirit by understanding how
vibration and energy interact. Ms Fabia teaches how to
view life from a broader perspective through the
principles of Aikido, with emphasis on "going with the
flow of life".
This class is great
for all levels to taste the movement form of Aikido!

Join Laurie and Jeff for an afternoon of joyful yoga
practice with your Valentine Partner! This partner
workshop will focus on communicating with your partner and
relying on each other to go further into your practices. We
will explore lines of energy, balances, stretches, and
reciprocal adjustments. Partner yoga allows people to
communicate on a deeper level using the body and breath. It
is best if at least one partner has some yoga experience.
Be prepared to have wonderful connection along with laughs
and grunts! No experience necessary.

Created by world-renowned yoga teacher and body therapist
Yamuna Zake, Body Rolling will stretch, tone, and realign
the body, providing a workout, massage and chiropractic
session all in one.
Body
Rolling which consists of a series of routines that
stretches muscles freeing restrictions in all parts of the
body, increasing blood flow, and promoting healing. Lying on
the foam roller or ball literally rolls your body out almost
like dough, stretching and elongating your muscles.

This workshop is great for Pilates and Yoga students who
want to better understand their bodies in movement. You
will learn more about your muscles, bones and ligaments,
as well as, studying your personal body alignment. You
will leave this workshop with a better understanding of
your body helping you improve your yoga and pilates
practice and your everyday health!
