Silver Passes include a limited number of Pilates equipment classes:

·        6-Pack  - 1 equipment class        10 & 12 packs – 2 equipment classes

·        24-pack – 3 equipment classes ·        Unlimited – 1 equipment class per month

Other features of the 6 and 12 month passes: Automatic charge on the 1st of the month to a credit or debit card; No Contracts-Just Agreement; Freeze it!- You can freeze your pass for 30 days at anytime and the term would shift forward ($5.00 charge).

Private training is offered in Pilates (mat and equipment), yoga, dance and Nia. All sessions are 55 minutes and by appointment only. 24-hour cancellation is required to obtain a credit to your next session. 4-pack private sessions need to be used within 45 days.
