creativity to blossom. Through her Nia teaching Dale helps us
understand that there is power in dance and power in dancing
together. She brings a playful spirit to her classes and a
commitment of holding all people with care, respect and admiration.

Hendrickson - Pilates Equipment and Mat Instructor
Terry believes in playing hard for
fun. Since childhood she has participated in several team sports and
has competed in several triathlons. After being sidelined with a
knee injury, she discovered Pilates. The non-impact exercises
improved her flexibility, balance, agility, core strength and
endurance, and as a result introduced her to a new career field.
Terry continues to challenge herself, balancing family life (and
raising three boys!) with her athletic endeavors. She strongly
believes Pilates can enhance any athletic performance. With her
confidence and abilities as a Stott Pilates™ instructor, Terry hopes
to share her joy of play with her clients.

years of practicing in various studios around the D/FW metroplex was
led to Purple Lotus Teacher Training under the guidance of her
mentor, Maggie Metzinger.
Maggie introduced Kate to Ashtanga
yoga, which she has been diligently practicing daily since. In
addition, she has had the incredible opportunity to study with world
renowned teachers: David Swenson, Doug Swenson, Judith Lassater and

Janie worked for 20 years with
Fortune 500 companies in Project Management within the Information
Technology industry. She was forever changed when she was
introduced to the Pilates Method in 2001. Practicing the work of
Joseph Pilates brought to her a whole new outlook on her physical
and mental health. This in turn put her in a place of tranquility
with the mind/body connection. Because of this Janie recognized the
desire within herself to pass this wonderful process on to others,
so she pursued her Pilates Mat Certification in 2003 from the
PhysicalMind Institute of New York.
In 2006, Janie continued her
education of Pilates and received another Pilates Mat certification
from Power Pilates of New York. She is currently working on her
equipment certification also through Power Pilates. Her passion for

individuals who are open to the ideas that Joseph Pilates intended
to help bring them into a healthy mind/body state while having to
pursue the every day to day challenges. Janie believes that she can
passionately pass this method on to others with the highest quality
and respect this process deserves. Her main objective is to empower
her clients to give them the awareness and ability to find their own
inner strength.
Pilates is not the only passion
that Janie has, she is also a parent volunteer for the Carroll
School District as well as the Children’s Ministries at her church.
She has been married for 11 years and has 2 children. While
thriving to live a healthy lifestyle the family is very active in

As a young girl, Debby realized that she always "felt better" after
her dance classes, but it wasn't until many years later through her
yoga practice that she was truly able to appreciate and recognize
the mind-body-spirit connection. A journey into her own
spirituality over the last few years led her more deeply into yoga
and meditation, and gave rise to a yearning to teach and share these
practices with others usually through Vinyasa style classes which
link life’s breath to movement.
Debby has her Masters Degree in
Developmental Psychology and enjoyed a career as a Marketing
Research consultant for many years. She has been married to Steve
since 1989 and loves and cherishes four children. After 11 years in

mind that will last long after the class. Be prepared to sweat and
